Milton Retamozo, M.D.

Board certified in general surgery by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Retamozo is a general and vascular surgeon who has been practicing since 2005. He completed his doctor of medicine at Texas Tech University and his general surgery residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center.

Dr. Retamozo also completed a one-year fellowship in vascular surgery at Loma Linda University Medical Center. He has been a vascular surgery attending physician at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, CA since 2006 and has privileges to practice at Community Hospital of San Bernardino. Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Retamozo worked as a registered nurse in surgical and cardiac intensive care.

Prince Esiobu, M.D.

Board certified in general and vascular surgery by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Esiobu joined Cal Med Physicians and Surgeons after completing a two-year vascular surgery fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle and general surgery residency at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta.

During his training, Dr. Esiobu gained extensive experience in both endovascular and vascular surgical approaches to treating vascular disease. In addition to his work in the Cal Med ASC and Cal Med Vascular Center in Colton, Dr. Esiobu is involved in developing a comprehensive vascular services program at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton and Redlands Community Hospital in Redlands. Dr. Esiobu earned his medical doctor degree at East Tennessee State University, Quillen College of Medicine.

George Makkar, M.D., R.P.V.I.

Board certified in general and vascular surgery by the American Board of Surgery, Dr. Makkar joined Cal Med Physicians and Surgeons after completing a two-year vascular surgery fellowship and general surgery residency at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. During his fellowship, Dr. Makkar gained extensive experience in the treatment of vascular disease, using endovascular and open vascular surgical methods.

In addition to his work in the Cal Med ASC and Cal Med Vascular Center in Colton, Dr. Makkar is involved in the development of comprehensive vascular services programs at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton and Redlands Community Hospital in Redlands. Dr. Makkar earned his doctor of medicine degree at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, D.C. and obtained his bachelor of arts in Psychology and Biological Sciences at the University of Southern California.
