She also has knowledge and experience in surgical critical care, surgical oncology and trauma.

Premier Facilities
Our surgeons serve as the main surgical providers at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, including with the level 2 trauma center and regional burn center, as well as the Community Hospital of San Bernardino. Our neurosurgeons also contribute to the Riverside County Regional Medical Center and the Desert Regional Medical Center.
Ambulatory Phlebectomy
This procedure is utilized when a varicose vein issue does not respond to VNUS Closure or sclerotherapy. The process involves making tiny incisions in the leg to remove the varicose veins.

Dr. Dev GnanaDev is our president and also serves as an associate medical director and chairman of the surgery department at the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Dr. John Culhane is one of our general surgeons, who is also the medical director of the Edward G. Hirschman Burn Center (at Arrowhead), the only burn center in four counties.
